If you have a teen at home who is into watching anime you are probably wondering if it is going to affect them in a positive or negative way. There really is no simple answer to this question because every teen is different. Some teens may see violence and not react to it at all because their mindset is not into acting out what they see on television. They can let what they see roll off of them and move onto other things in life that are more important.
Other teens may see violence and end up trying to act upon it and carry it out in real life. They may want to try fighting just like their favorite anime character on television. It is really not as cut and dry as some may think in determining the best approach to take with your teen because it all depends on the individual child. For the most part it can be determined by their reactions to what they watch and how they are in every day life. When you observe their behaviors and reactions to other issues you can accurately determine if letting them watch violence in anime is a good move or a bad one.
