UPS Orders
After you place an order and after your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. To track your order just click on the link contained in your e-mail confirmation. Alternatively, if you already have a UPS tracking number, you can type in your tracking number below. If you need to inquire about an order that has already been shipped via UPS, you can contact them directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS.

Once your order has been shipped via UPS please try to track your order at least every other day to keep yourself informed of its current status.
If you see the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered to a section of your home such as the front door, rear door, side door or garage and you can't find it, please check all around the delivery area. Sometimes small packages are not easily visible
and can be hidden behind or inside flower pots, underneath cars, or in some cases inside bushes. If you see that UPS is having difficulty delivering your package(i.e. need apartment number, room number, receiver moved, receiver not in, etc.), please call them and make the necessary corrections and/or arrangements to prevent your order from being sent back to us.
USPS Priority Mail
All orders shipped via Priority Mail will not contain any detailed tracking information. However, all orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes will have delivery confirmation numbers. To obtain delivery information go to www.usps.com and type in your delivery confirmation number. Please note that you will usually only see 2 scans for your package: once when the item is accepted at our local Post Office, and once when the item is actually delivered to you. You will not see any detailed intermediate scans like you would with UPS.
